Q: How long can I use my SolarPlay portable power station to power my equipment?
1. Firstly, you need to check the operating power (in watts) of the device. If it is less than 2500w of output power from the AC port, then the Q2402M can support it.
For example, the SolarPlay power station Q2402M can run 110V -220V AC devices with less than 2500W.
2. You can then calculate the operating time using the following formula: operating time = watt-hours of the Q2402M * 0.85 / operating power of the device. Example:
Assuming that your device has a power consumption of 700W (probably a microwave oven) and you want to use the Q2402M to run your device. 2340Wh * 0.85 / 700w = approximately 2.8 hours, the screen will display 2 hours. When below 100 minutes, the screen shows the actual minutes. More than 100 minutes and less than 2.5 hours will display 2 hours. The above 2.5 hours will display 3 hours.

Q: Can I use third-party solar panels to charge my SolarPlay station?
The SolarPlay power station can be charged with solar panels of third-party brands. You must match the plug size and input voltage of the SolarPlay station to be charged.
For example, a third-party solar panel for the SolarPlay Q2402M should have the following specifications:
1. the voltage must be between 11.5-50V
2. we include an XT90 to MC4 cable in the standard package for connection to the XT90 port on the machine, which you can use to connect to the solar panel
3. Note: However, we cannot recommend other brands of products for charging your SolarPlay Q2402M station. This is because we cannot guarantee the safety and quality of these products or provide after-sales service for them.
