Highlights
5100Wh Large Capacity, 3000W AC Output
The Bluetti EP500 Pro has a capacity of 5100Wh and is suitable for powering devices with a maximum power of up to 3000W (6000W peak load). The EP500 Pro series has a simple operation and is completely plug-and-play. With the mobile wheels on the bottom of the EP500 Pro, it is possible to move the power station.
UPS & BMS System
A unique detail of the EP500 Pro is the integrated UPS system. This system ensures that when the power goes out, your devices can still be supplied with power. When the power drops to an unstable rate, it will be detected in the BMS system and the EP500 Pro will supply the correct amount of power to whatever is currently connected to the power station.
App Control
With the App, you can monitor, manage and optimize power consumption from anywhere. And you can know the information about the status of the charging station and charging options to maximize battery life. Moreover, you can easily download the latest firmware updates. The EP500 Pro is also equipped with a smart and user-friendly touchscreen to operate all functions of the system.
Integrated LiFePO4 Battery
The integrated LiFePO4 battery lasts for many years, even with intensive, daily use. With over 6,000 charge cycles, this battery has one of the highest life cycle ratings for portable power stations. With 365 days a year, this system can be used for more than 16 years before reaching a reduced battery capacity of 60%. Even after the first 6000 charge cycles, the EP500 Pro Power Station will still work, only with a reduced battery capacity.
Fast Recharging
Via the AC charging cable, the EP500 Pro can be charged within a short time, namely within 2 or 2.5 hours. It is also possible to charge the EP500 Pro via solar panels. The maximum input is 2400W. This allows the charging time to be limited to approximately 3 to 4 hours. When you charge the EP500 Pro simultaneously, the maximum input is 4000W and the charging is only 1,5 hours.
All-in-one Backup Power Station
The BLUETTI EP500Pro is shipped with a ground-breaking 5100Wh LiFePO4 battery pack and a 3000W rated (2000W for the EP500) pure sine wave AC inverter.
This class-leading power station brings you the power to run your entire party, family camping trip, cabin workshops, or even your whole house for a day or two in the event of an unexpected outage.
Up to 15 outlet sources allow you to power anything from laptops and air conditioners to your electric vehicles without breaking a sweat.

Questions & Answers
FAQ
Q1: Network UPS configuration guide.
A: 1)For non-solar household circuits: It requires an electrician with a professional technician certificate to install the networked power system: Connect the lines of the critical equipment from your main power box to the BLUETTI UPS BOX. And then automatically switch to EP500 or EP500 Pro for power supply in case of power failure. The connection method: power grid -- home main circuit -- BLUETTI UPS box -- EP500 or EP500Pro -- critical equipment (such as refrigerator, electric lighting, and server).
2)Solar Inverter:
1. When the open circuit voltage of the solar panels is within the fixed input range of EP500, they can be directly connected to EP500 or EP500Pro via MC4 connectors to complete the UPS system.
2. If the open circuit voltage of your panels exceeds the input limit of EP500 or EP500Pro, they must pass the "PV Step-Down Module" to lower the voltage before they can be connected to the system. The connection method is solar panels - PV buck converter module - EP500 or EP500Pro - critical devices (such as refrigerators, electric light, and servers).
Q2: Does the EP500 or EP500Pro support phase split connection?
A: No.
Q3: Can I change the working mode of the EP500 or EP500Pro to act as a mobile UPS after the EP500 is connected to the home network?
A: Yes. First, turn off the EP500 or EP500Pro, then unplug the cable underneath, remember to set the Max Grid Current to 15A.
Q4: How long is the UPS switchover time?
A: There are two types of UPS working conditions for EP500. No delay for UPS online; 20 ms for UPS in standby mode
Q5: What is the AC and DC power loss?
A: In the meantime: 10 W,
AC_ON & DC_OFF: 20 W,
AC_ON & DC_ON: 25 W
Q6: How much capacity do the EP500 and EP500 Pro have left after the stated 6,000 battery cycles?
A: EP500 and EP500 Pro can maintain more than 50% capacity after 6000 cycles.
Q7: What is the frequency?
A: 60Hz: USA, Canada; 50Hz: Europe, UK, Australia. The frequency of 50/60 Hz cannot be switched.
Q8: What should I do if the solar panels on the roof of my house exceed the required open circuit voltage?
A: You can reduce open circuit voltage by ordering a BLUETTI PV Voltage Drop Modular. You don't need to change the original installation and connection method for the solar panels in your home. With this module, the open circuit voltage of the roof panels can be adjusted to the input specifications of the EP500/EP500Pro.
Q9: Can I use a third-party solar panel and what are the conditions?
A: Yes, but it must meet the following requirements:
1) Open Circuit Voltage (OCV): EP500: 55-145V/Max.20A, Max.1200W.
EP500Pro: Dual MPPT, each is 35-150V/max. 12A, 1200W max. (2400W max. if double connection).
2) matching MC4 connector. br >3) We still recommend that you use the same brand of solar panels.
Q10: Are there any limitations when using the 100W USB-C port?
A: If the USB-C cable is not 5A MFI certified, the charging power will be reduced to a maximum of 60W instead of 30W.
Q11: If the 12V 30A DC port is open, can the other DC ports still be used?
A: No, for the large 30A current, the other ports (except RV ports 12V/30A) will not work. Also, you need to cover the rubber plug when DC is on and the 12V/30A port is not active, otherwise, it may cause a short circuit when the cable falls.
